Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities
The Sr. Component Product Engineer coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control integration and completion of engineering projects related to Clean Air Power's component products. The position holder will be responsible for design, development, manufacturing and application of engine fuel system components and emissions reduction products.

- Designing and developing engine fuel system components and emissions reduction products
- Assisting in the development of advanced engine fuel systems (defining specifications, component design and selection, test and evaluation)
- Developing action plans for goal achievement on specific projects
- Providing concepts and analysis on product designs of and test fixtures
- Evaluating and improving manufacturing methods and quality control procedures
- Co-ordinating external testing and certification for the company's components

Qualifications, Education, Skills, Abilities & Experience:
- Must have 5+ years proven experience in product design related to engine fuel systems and exhaust emissions reduction systems
- BSME or equivalent required.
- Experience in mechanical hardware designs and skillful in CAD software including SolidWorks, 3D solid modeling and/or Vellum
- Exposure to areas such as computer simulation of dynamical systems
- Project management experience
- Will be familiar with the automotive industry standards such as SAE, ISO and ECE
- Will have prior experience in developing customer relationships, writing product specifications and evaluation reports

The Calibration Engineer will be involved in all elements of powertrain development process, from combustion and EMS development through engineering support of products in the field. This position will also assist with engineering activity in Europe, Australia and other regions as required.This is a technical role for an experienced graduate engineer with a proven track record in powertrain performance and emissions development and calibration. The role will be primarily responsible for planning and performing engine P&E tests and undertaking EMS calibration activity on Class 8 commercial vehicles.

This is a technical role for an experience graduate engineer with a proven track record in the specification, development and application of exhaust after-treament systems. The role will be responsible for the cost effective design, development, testing, and documentation of market-driven after-treatment products. This will include the engineering and design new after-treatment products; the standardization of existing products and the provision of technical advice to customers. The role will have autonomous responsibility for engineering and design per customer requirements: preparation of customer quotes and delivery of customer expectations.
