Clean Air Power natural gas injectors have proven durability with Liquid Natural Gas (LNG), a very rare quality for gas injectors. Complementing its gas injector technology, Clean Air Power assembles ECE R 110 certified coalescing filters that promise maximum gas filtration and maximum change of gas flow.

Since diesel and natural gas require different fuel-to-air ratios for optimal combustion, Clean Air Power has developed its patented turbocharger air bypass (TAB) system. TAB controls the air-fuel ratios when a Dual-Fuel™ engine is switched from diesel and natural gas operation, ensuring precise air charge control when a vehicle is in-use.

Clean Air Power also offers specialised shut-off valves and natural gas pressure regulators, integrated within its Dual-Fuel™ technology. The gas valves and gas injectors are underpinned by the same technological principles, but have been optimised for different applications.

Clean Air Power natural gas injectors are widely used in the natural gas industry for multi and single point gas injection. They are certified to the European standard ECE R 110. All natural gas injector body and internal parts are constructed from stainless steel with maximum operating pressure differential ranges from 125 to 300 psi. Options include drop-in mounting, with flying pigtail leads or quick connection applications, while coils are available for 12-24v DC. Every unit is thoroughly tested for flow delivery, pressure leaks and performance.

 

Gas Injector – 619625
The gas injector’s body and internal parts are constructed from stainless steel and every unit is 100 percent functionally tested for flow, delivery, pressure leaks and performance.

Both the 619625 and the 620630 gas injectors have a maximum operating pressure differential range between 60 and 150 psi. Drop-in mounting is available with flying pigtail leads, or quick disconnection options. Coils are available for 10-24 VDC.

Porting Tool
Clean Air Power’s porting tools are made from hardened steel for extended machining life. Porting tools are available for all sizes of natral gas injectors and hydraulic valves.

Coalescing Filter Assembly
Clean Air Power coalescing filters have a strong reputation, delivering an aerosol removal efficiency greater than 99.9 percent in the 0.3 – 0.6 micron particle range. All coalescing filters are certified to the European standard ECE R 110. They are made of high tensile strength aluminum for pressurised gas use to 3,600 psig with a safety factor of 4:1. Clean Air Power coalescing filters are designed to meet the needs of medium and heavy-duty gas-fuelled engines. High flow ratings and ample holding capacities for fuel impurities provide added performance necessary for the most demanding applications.

Clean Air Power natural gas shut-off valves are constructed of high quality, corrosion-resistant materials and feature high performance valve seats. Engineered for use in natural gas engines, the valves have a rated working pressure of 125 psi and are machined with “16 UNF-2B thread (-8 SAE straight thread O-ring port). Natural gas shut off valves come with 12v DC coils with Packard PED 1201 0973 connectors and a current draw of 1.6 amps when fully energised. Each unit is thoroughly tested for functionally, pressure leaks and performance.

Pressure Regulators
Gas pressure regulators are designed for second stage regulation of a variety of gases. Clean Air Power’s LNG and CNG regulators are available in either “16 UNF-2B thread (-8 SAE straight thread O-ring ports) or in “ NPT threads. The maximum inlet pressure is 400 psi and the delivery pressure ranges from 100 to 200 psi. Two inch gauge ports are located 180 degrees apart to allow for gauge mounting in the most convenient positions. The large nozzle and diaphragm areas provide high capacity with sensitive delivery pressure control, with the promise of strong performance, even under rigorous conditions.

TAB (Turbo Air Bypass) Valve Assemblies
Clean Air Power’s unique Turbo Air Bypass (TAB) valve assemblies are used to bypass excess turbo compressor air. TAB valves utilise high performance actuators with a 2” butterfly valve and operate at 12-24v DC. TAB valve assemblies are easy to install and provide consistent performance.
