Warburtons Family Bakers have 18 Foden Alpha 385 HP 4x2 tractor vehicles and 2 DAF CF85 430HP 4x2 tractor vehicles. They also have 14 ERF 380HP 4x2 tractor vehicles on dedicated gas operation and 6 DAF 18ton 4x2 rigid dedicated gas vehicles.
All the vehicles are CNG containment and are filled utilising their own compressor on site at their Bakery in Bolton Lancs. This is a unique operation because they also operate their baking ovens on natural gas at the same site.
This operation has stood the test of time as they have been using Dual-FuelTM vehicles since 2002.
