These precision designed hydraulic high speed solenoid valves for digital control of pressure or flow are available in 2 or 3 way for normally open or closed operation. Pressure ratings range between 100 - 3,000 psi. Different coils are offered with flying pigtail leads or quick connection options.
Coils are available for 12 – 14 VDC. These hydraulic transmission valves have been used in various applications with decades of proven performance.

These unique turbo bypass valve (TAB) assemblies are used to bypass excess turbo compressor air. The TAB valves utilize high performance actuators with a 2" butterfly valve and operate at 12 – 24 VDC. TAB assemblies install easily and provide consistent performance.

CAP shut off valves are constructed of superior quality corrosion resistant materials and high performance valve seats and engineered for natural gas engines, with a rated working pressure of 125 psi and machined with ¾ - 16 UNF-2B thread (-8 SAE straight thread O-ring port).
Valves have 12 VDC coils with Packard PED 1201 0973 connectors and a current draw of 1.6 AMP when fully energized.

905416 LNG Pressure Regulator
The LNG pressure regulator provides reliable, precise pressure control in the most demanding applications. Optimized venturi and spring design assures high flow with extremely low droop characteristics. Solid non-tied diaphragm and all brass construction guarantees leak free performance.
Fully balanced design virtually eliminates delivery pressure fluctuations, due to inlet pressure variations and maintains constant delivery,pressure, regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations, 100% factory tested, cleaned and packaged for oxygen service.
CNG Pressure Regulator
The heavy duty CNG natural gas pressure regulator is a safe and reliable pressure control gas engine component and is the choice for OEM vehicle engines and fuel systems, earning a reliable reputation and high class performance. The factory preset range for nominal output pressure is 45 - 150 PSIG (0.31-1.03 MPa) set point. Assuming the regulator set point of 100 PSIG (0.76 MPa), the output pressure window of 99 to 125 PSIG (between 0.68 to 0.86 MPa) can be expected.
The gas flow rate is 0-110 lb/hr (0-55 kg/hr) nominal, whilst the internal filtration is 40 micron corrosion proof sintered element.

CAP natural gas injectors are widely used in the natural gas industry for high pressure port injection. The body and internal parts of the gas injector are constructed from stainless steel.
Every unit is 100% functionally tested for flow delivery, pressure leaks, and performance.

Both the 619625 and the 620630 gas injectors have a maximum operating pressure differential range between 60 and 150 psi.
Drop-in mounting is offered with flying pigtail leads, or quick disconnection options. Coils are available for 12-24 VDC.

The Clean Air Power low pressure coalescing filter and high pressure coalescing filter are designed to meet the needs of medium and heavy duty gaseous fueled engines, featuring a high flow rating and large holding capacity for the undesired impurities normally found in fuel and has removal efficiency greater than 99.97 % in the .3 - .6 micron particles range.
CAP's coalescing filter provides the necessary protection needed for fuel injectors and other precision components within the gaseous fuel systems.
